Peak Santē Founder, Christina Della Rocca, and her team have been providing workplace wellness programs & Services for more than 25 years, working with thousands of individuals, executives, and organizations over the course of her career.

Always geared toward the pursuit of excellence and remaining on the cutting edge of the health and wellness industry, Christina herself is a multi-disciplinary wellness specialist with extensive experience in offering corporate wellness solutions as well as running a thriving private practice.

My Experience and Training

I graduated from Concordia University in leisure and therapeutic studies in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I also took classes in the fields of business, Psychology, and Exercise Science at both Concordia and Mc Gill University. I pursued several internships over the course of my studies at The Douglas Hospital as well as several gyms, youth centers and old-age homes.



After graduating from university, I founded Exercise Plus Fitness Solutions, a business that offered personal fitness training, group exercise classes, sports nutrition, and fitness assessments. A year later, I opened The Fitness Appraisal Center, located in Monster Gym, in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec, where I conducted health and fitness assessments and offered nutrition consulting. I was highly motivated, loved working with people and had a fully booked practice within a year.

I obtained my personal training and sport nutrition certification from C.O.R.F.I.T, Les Entreprises Andre Begin, F.I.T.T., and CAN-FIT-PRO. I am F.I.T.T., and CAN-FIT-PRO certified to lead group exercise classes. I am certified by The Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CPAFLA-Certified) to conduct health and fitness assessments and counseling.  

I also hold a number of other certifications and workshop certificates in the area of fitness training, body mechanics, bodybuilding, sports conditioning, and nutrition that I used to lead my cleints toward an improved lifestyle encompassing nutrition and physical fitness training.

Back to school following my own personal health crisis...

At the age of 27, I found myself at the Montreal Cardiology Hospital. After undergoing several medical examinations, I was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer.  This condition developed due to an overloaded lifestyle. Already a health and fitness practitioner, I was surprised to have developed this condition. I was able to heal this ulcer with the help of a Naturopath, while receiving support from my family doctor to heal in an integrated way; combining the best of what medicine and natural methods have to offer.

This incredible experience and journey back to health led me to go back to school to study natural medicine. I received my training as a Naturopath from L'institut de Medecine Naturelle, in Montreal, Quebec. It was a 7-year intensive and life-changing program for me.  

I continue to take elective courses in health, wellness, and natural medicine yearly and regularly attend conferences to keep up with the new research and techniques, as well as to update my skills and learn new ones. I am  licenced by L'Ordre des Naturotherapeutes du Quebec.

Along the way, I discovered I had a talent and passion for massage therapy. Today, as a Massage Therapist, I provide a nurturing, centering, healing signature massage experience aimed at activating all the senses to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit. Although I am trained in therapeutic and deep tissue massage, I prefer to offer a sensory massage experience that ignites all the senses and rejuvenates, by bringing balance, nurturing, and a deep sense of relaxation.

I received my training in massage therapy and lymphatic drainage massage from L'Institut de Medecine Naturelle, Montreal, Quebec. Areas of study included Anatomy, Neuro-Sensory Relaxation Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Relaxation Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Re-education Respiratoire, and energy medecine.. 

I am licenced by L'Ordre des Massothérapeutes et Thérapeutes en Drainage Lymphatique du Quebec.​

Ever since this alarming issue with my health, I started including the principles of natural medicine in my practice to better help my clients achieve their personal health and well-being objectives, all the while respecting my scope of practice and working alongside my clients physicians.
